Your Personal Health Companion
Managing your health between doctor visits requires more than memory. Knowing which medications interact, remembering when symptoms started, and tracking whether blood pressure is trending up or down — these are exactly the kinds of questions that well-designed tools can answer. Rafiqy's health and wellness tools are built for personal use: they are private, free, require no account, and keep all your data on your device.
Key Features at a Glance
- Drug Interaction Checker — enter multiple medications and check interactions via FDA database data, with severity levels (major, moderate, minor) and clear disclaimers
- Symptom Context Tracker — log symptoms with date, time, severity, and notes; track patterns over time; export a summary for your doctor visit
- Measurement Tracker — log weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, or any custom metric; chart trends over time; set target ranges; export CSV
1. Drug Interaction Checker
Polypharmacy — taking multiple medications simultaneously — is common among patients managing chronic conditions, and drug interactions are one of the leading causes of preventable hospital admissions. The Drug Interaction Checker lets you enter all the medications you are currently taking and checks every combination for known interactions using FDA drug interaction database data.
Each identified interaction is flagged with a severity level: major (avoid combination), moderate (use with caution and monitoring), or minor (generally manageable). A plain-language description explains the nature of the interaction — for example, that two medications both prolong the QT interval, or that one increases the blood concentration of another. Every result includes a prominent disclaimer directing you to consult a pharmacist or physician before making any medication decisions. This tool is designed to inform, not replace, professional advice.
2. Symptom Context Tracker
When you finally get a doctor's appointment, the most valuable thing you can bring is an accurate, timestamped record of your symptoms. "I've had this pain for a few weeks, maybe since I started the new medication" is far less useful than a log showing that the pain began on a specific date, peaks in the evening, rates 6/10 in severity, and correlates with a particular activity.
The Symptom Context Tracker lets you log each symptom occurrence with date and time, a severity rating (1–10), and free-text notes for context. Over time, the tracker surfaces patterns: which symptoms recur, how often, at what severity, and whether they are trending better or worse. A one-tap export function generates a clean summary you can print or show your doctor, turning weeks of scattered notes into a coherent clinical history. No data ever leaves your browser — your health diary stays completely private.
3. Measurement Tracker
Chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and obesity require regular monitoring of specific metrics. The Measurement Tracker supports the most common health measurements — weight, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), blood glucose, and SpO2 — as well as fully custom metrics you can define yourself (HbA1c, medication dose, step count, sleep hours, or anything else).
Each metric is displayed as a chart over time, making trends immediately visible. You can set a target range for any metric — for example, blood pressure between 110/70 and 130/85 — and the chart highlights readings outside the target in a different colour. The complete history can be exported as CSV for sharing with your doctor, importing into a spreadsheet, or as a personal archive. All processing happens locally; nothing is sent to any server.
4. Privacy as a Design Principle
Health data is among the most sensitive personal information that exists. Rafiqy's health tools are designed with an explicit commitment to local-only storage: all data is stored in your browser's local storage or IndexedDB and is never transmitted to any server, never analyzed, and never monetized. There is no account to create, no email to verify, and no terms of service requiring you to grant data rights. If you clear your browser data, your health records are deleted — because they only ever existed on your device.
A Note on Medical Advice
These tools are designed to help you track, understand, and communicate your health information more effectively. They are not diagnostic tools and do not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Use them to become a more informed and prepared patient, not as a substitute for medical consultation.
